Ex-Commandos Steve Hall (John Hargreaves) and Rodney Cann (Grant Page) run a company known as Cunning Stunts that is constantly in demand for hazardous work in feature films and commercials.

While co-ordinating a huge medieval battle scene for a German director (Drew Forsythe) they are observed by the head of the Australian Secret Service, Mr. Culpepper (Noel Ferrier).

He instigates an elaborate plan to tempt Steve and Rod into working for his department. Culpepper's plan succeeds and Steve and Rod are offered an impossible mission in the Philippines - the infiltration of a master criminal's heavily guarded fortress.

Submarines, hang-gliders and high explosives play an important part in the stunt-packed climax.
