However, we receive many suggestions that duplicate those previously made either by members of our own staff or by others. Moreover, we may commence using material similar to yours that we receive, after the date of your submission.

It has therefore become necessary for us to adopt the policy of refusing to consider any material unless the person submitting it signs an agreement which can be downloaded here.
