Joining the DLT group with 10 years’ experience in the talent management industry, Cahill-Nicholls comes from Noel Gay where she was responsible for growing their client base, spotting fresh and upcoming talent, and was the lead agent for a diverse portfolio of actors, comedians, writers, directors, and presenters since 2017. Prior to Noel Gay, she worked at Avalon Management and Dawn Sedgwick Management. Her client credits include a mixture of TV, film and theatre including Dear Evan Hansen (West End), Mary Poppins (West End), The Mousetrap (West End), Call The Midwife (BBC), Trying (Apple TV), Call My Agent (Amazon Prime) Grantchester (ITV), After Life (Netflix), and feature film The King’s Man - the third film in the Kingsman franchise, plus multiple Commercial Campaigns including Hello Fresh, Nescafe, USwitch and Barclays.

Cahill-Nicholls’ appointment marks a continued expansion to DLT Entertainment’s talent division and will tap into The Galton Agency’s remit of working with talented people who want to create interesting and compelling work and will introduce an abundance of fresh upcoming and established talent to the company. Combined with the ownership stake in MMB Creative and The Soho Agency and affiliate companies Andrew Roach Talent, Blue Book Artist Management, and Gag Reflex, DLT continues to provide a 360 approach to collaborating, sourcing, and developing new projects in the world of comedy, podcasting and talent representation, for the benefit of DLT, its agencies, and their clients.

Donald Taffner Jr., President of DLT Entertainment, said: “Ellie’s experience will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective to DLT’s group of agents and expand the company into new areas of representation alongside our existing clientele. She is very talented in her field and with her on the team, our overall talent management offering will progress to target a much wider network.”

Ellie Cahill-Nicholls added: “I'm delighted to be joining DLT’s group of agents at this exciting time and look forward to building on the great work already taking place with so many brilliant artists. As the theatre and television industries begin to recover and rejuvenate after the past eighteen months, there is so much to do and so many outstanding people raring to go. It will be a privilege to work alongside them at DLT.”
