Founded in 1994, Vera has built an acclaimed portfolio of award-winning programming across genres. Highlights include the satirical powerhouse Bremner, Bird and Fortune, three series of Getting On starring Jo Brand, Vicki Pepperdine, and Joanna Scanlan for BBC Four, and four series of Alistair McGowan’s Big Impression for BBC One. Vera also delivered six series of the Mark Thomas Comedy Project and numerous hard-hitting Dispatches for Channel 4, including President Trump’s Dirty Secrets, Politicians for Hire, and How to Buy a Football Club.

Additional credits include investigative pieces for Channel 4 News, the reality series Big Trouble in Thailand for Bravo and Million Pound Jewellers for Channel 4 Arts. Vera also produced Going Forward, starring Jo Brand and Omid Djalili, for BBC Four. In 2018, Vera became a wholly owned subsidiary of DLT Entertainment.
